Information you give us

When you submit the contact form or book a call, we collect what you provide:

• Name, email address, and phone number
• Market, service interest, strategy status, timeline, and budget range
• The message you write, including any strategy details you choose to share
• Your consent and disclaimer acknowledgements

Only supply strategy details you're comfortable sharing over email. If you'd prefer a signed NDA before discussing specifics, say so on the call and we'll arrange one.

Information collected automatically

Our host, Cloudflare, processes standard request data (IP address, approximate country, browser type, and timestamps) to serve the site and protect it from abuse. We do not run advertising trackers or sell behavioural data.

How we use your information

• To reply to your enquiry and schedule a call
• To scope, quote, and deliver services you request
• To send service-related messages such as trade alerts or system notices, if you become a client
• To keep records required for accounting and legal compliance

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not use your data to train third-party models.

Service providers

We share data only with providers needed to run the business:

• Cloudflare — website hosting, security, and form processing
• Resend — delivery of contact form notifications to our inbox
• Calendly — scheduling strategy calls
• Stripe — payment processing (we never see or store your full card details)
• SMS and email providers — delivering alerts to clients who have enabled them

Data retention

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you follow up. Client records are retained for the duration of the engagement plus any period required for tax and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete your enquiry data at any time.

Your choices

• Access or deletion. Email us and we'll provide or delete the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction. Ask us to fix anything inaccurate.
• Opt out of contact. Reply "stop" to any message or email us; we'll stop reaching out.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are transmitted encrypted and delivered to a private inbox. Where we hold API credentials for client systems, they are stored as encrypted secrets and never committed to source control. No system is perfectly secure, and we won't claim otherwise — but we do not request or store broker passwords, and we ask clients to use API keys with the narrowest permissions their platform allows.

Cookies

The site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Cloudflare may set a security cookie to distinguish humans from bots. Third-party pages you visit through our links — Calendly, Stripe, the client dashboard — operate under their own privacy policies.

Children

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We'll update the date at the top when this policy changes. Material changes affecting existing clients will be communicated directly.
